Adja African Hair Braiding at 622 Central Avenue, Albany, New York.

Long wait time. I called 2 days in a row reminding her of my appointment. Arrived for my appointment on time. I was told that the braider was on her way. An hour later the braider still did not show up. Adja looks at me as says'I don't know where she is' but the other braider will be done soon.' Idiotic. No apology offered.I left and went to the braider next door. It is clear that the culture of these hair braiders do not take your time into consideration. These people already have you in a chair for 5 hours. 1.5 hours spent waiting on someone is a joke. Her quality may be great but 1 star for her poor communication and followup.
**Update. I called again about 3 wks ago inquiring about getting my hair done. I was told I would get a call back. I called again but no callback was received.
