If you’re going to spend your money and want to go tanning somewhere on Western Ave, go to St. Croix. Their staff is not friendly and they don’t make you feel welcome at all. I decided to branch out from St. Croix and I was mistakenly wrong for doing so. The girls their knew my name, didn’t act like I was a bother to serve, professional, and answered all of my questions with a smile! This place is so overpriced, I was willing to pay good money for a lotion and they sold me one that I only used twice and threw out because it made my skin burn immediately upon application. I went days, and my color is not there, it’s basically like I never went tanning. Just the worst place honestly! I can’t tell if their facilities were ever very clean or not considering my Left arm contracted ringworm. Very bad taste in my mouth, will not go back ever and actually let my membership run out itself so I wouldn’t have to go back.
