Build-A-Bear Workshop at 1 Crossgates Mall Road, Albany, New York.

My daughter loves this store. It seem every time we go the staff are to busy to actually help anyone. We went on a Monday we were the only people in there stood by the area to make the bear for 30 minutes then someone came to help. Then when it was time to check out again another 30minute wait. At least we heard the employees talking to each other about someone throwing food at her! Like I said daughter loves this place I can’t stand it. We spent 2 hours and an hour of it was standing doing nothing.
