I was referred to Dr. Schneider for a break in my right hand according to x-ray from my provider. His "expert" opinion was that the pain & swelling was from gout. I do suffer from gout in my foot periodically; but never in my hand. I expressed doubt it was gout as I had injury & it felt much different than gout. I was told "I'm never wrong". That was almost 3 months ago & I still can't use my right hand and the "gout" swelling still exists. It seems once an "expert" writes his opinion, no other Doctors find urgency in your care. I would never return to this Dr..
