My experience here was excellent.

Referred 3+ years ago by a coworker before I had any issues to solve, I was grateful I kept their card. I have a history of various neck, chest and upper back pain that at times resulted in challenges with breathing and inexplicable muscle releases.

I've tried many options to resolve them at different times in my life but my experience at Core was that they had sort of leading edge approaches to healing that I had not seen before. It was very different from a typical crack-your-neck chiropractor or weight lifting PT.

Last year I slipped a disk in my neck and it was very acute pain (I'd say it was a 9 out of 10). Practitioners at this office were able to get me seen, and in one visit alleviate my discomfort. I had regained mobility and could turn my head.

Another year later my neck exhibited similar pain with no specific accident this time, and not only did the practitioner remember me from 3 years earlier but her recent coursework in a "brain class" allowed her to treat the nerves causing my problem.

I know it may sound a bit "hype-y" but the result was truly magic. I plan to go back again to continue that work to hopefully permanently resolve a couple things that are remaining from 3 years prior.

The only con I can report is that they are popular, so getting an appointment may be hard and you want to double check you are in the schedule in case things accidentally get moved around. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and have your best interest in mind.
