Dragon City at 1174 Western Avenue, Albany, New York.

Was a fan of this place, but ordered for delivery, and my food hasn't shown up. It's been a good two hours. I even called near their closing time to make sure if my order went through, and the lady claimed that my food was on the way. Very disappointing.

(Edit): Delivery guy finally called, but I told him to take it back, because I was unsure if my food was coming (restaurant was closed, and once again, it was a good 2+ hours since I put in my order), so I ordered from another place. He was annoyed, which is understandable, but it just doesn't make sense on how it could've taken that long for my food to arrive.
