The service and the attitude was terrible. The work crew showed up at random times of the day with no indication of when they would arrive. The crew chief Jeremy yelled non-stop at his crew. The trim pieces they brought for an accent border were so warped that they had to be top nailed to get them to lie flat. The used boards with whole corners broken off. The pooling of the polyurethane was so bad in one room that the floor felt like sandpaper with clearly visible issues when standing and looking at the floor.

I understand that some scratching of base boards is common with installation, but they also poked holes in the walls. I am continually told that I shouldn't expect the floors to be smooth or not have cracks between the boards.

They did nothing to address issues with vents that they created in the installation process.

The most frustrating part of the process of a complete lack of any acceptance of accountability. They will eventually get the job done, but I would never consider using them again personally.
