Hertz at 40 Lodge Street, Albany, New York.

On the web and at the location, it says on door, "Closed 11-12" and then the other hours. Perfect, no problem. However I waited at this location for an hour after 12pm! I called one of the numbers and the woman said, "this location is temporarily closed". Um where does it say that and did it say that when I was making my reservation??? And then she gave me attitude and didn't even offer a discount or something else for the inconvenience. Overall she was very rude and annoyed that she had to come there. Sorry you have to do your job :/ they should just close this location if no one wants to work there! The best part about online booking and living in America, is convenience. Except at this location.
