LY Nails at 1 Crossgates Mall Road, Albany, New York.

Okay this place is full of scam artists literally everytime I go. God forbid they find out your tips were put on another location, they will try and rack up the price after giving you a set one to begin with. A full is 20$ but after he did my nails told me 30$, when I had a certain amount of money to begin with. That's highway robbery and taking advantage, no wonder LEE nails , the other nail salon in the mall has better reviews! Perfect way to lose paying customers and I will not be back to this location. Do not do well enough of a job to charge as much as they do, and could use WAY better customer service skills.
