If I could give 0 stars I would, we bought a Thermastar sliding patio door with built in blinds. We got it home, ripped out the old door and installed the new Pella door. The blinds did not work and the product was defective. I called Pella customer service and they told me a local Pella service provider would call me in 3-5 days to schedule a service time, its currently 25 degrees at night and I expressed my concern as we did not want to spend money to weatherize the door in the case that it needed to be replaced with a new door, she gave me the number for the local service provider to see if I could have this expedited. I called Crawford windows and doors (the local Pella service provider) and the way I was spoken to was completely inappropriate, the guy told me I had to wait 4 weeks to have my defective door serviced and that there was nothing further he could do for me, he was extremely rude and told me I could not speak to a manager and he was the only person I could talk, Nobody at Pella seems to care about their customers and dissatisfaction, especially for a product that came from them and is defective out of the box. We will be returning the door and buying a door from a company that actually cares about there customers, unlike Pella and with some research done on Pella they have negative reviews across every website about customer service. I will surely never buy another Pella product.
