Sears Appliance Repair at 1425 Central Avenue, Albany, New York.

Technician arrived within time frame given. Very friendly and courteous .explained everything he was doing. Actually got a reduced cost than what was estimated .Was smiling and talking whole service session. Would highly recommend and use service again.

The actual man that provides the service is great. The rest sucks. We had an appt the week before between 8 and 12, at 11 hadn't heard from anyone. Called and 3 different people couldn't help me. Told them I had 2 verbal confirmations and still no one could help me. Was told someone would show up. Needless to say no one showed up. We had planned our time around this and yet they didn't care about that either. Would never recommend Sears for their service. Will definitely look else where for products in future
